DELIVERY TIME

Deliveries are only made between 7.00am and 6.00pm on weekdays and are to the kerbside only at the delivery address.

We aim to deliver our stock products within 2-5 working days. From time to time this may change due to demand but in such circumstances, customers will be made aware within 48 hours of ordering.

Back orders are delivered within 7-14 working days.

Special orders and bespoke products delivery times will be agreed with the customer.

From our carrier you will receive a text message on the day of the delivery with a 2 hour delivery window. If there are any changes or delays you will receive an update via text.

You must be available to accept delivery on the date you have requested, failure to do so will result in paying for a re delivery charge.

We advise customers not to arrange contractors before goods have been delivered. The Company will not be liable for other costs that may arise due to a delay in delivery.

DELIVERY CHARGE

We offer a delivery service to most countries around the world, please email you requirements.

ACCEPTANCE OF THE GOODS

The Buyer is responsible for checking the delivery on arrival and reporting any issues within 48h of receipt of order to the seller.

If pallet/goods appear to be damaged at point of delivery, mark as ‘damaged’ when signing for the goods. A picture will also be necessary. CONTEM LIMITED will not accept claims for goods damaged in transit that were signed for as being in good condition.

DAMAGES / INCORRECT DELIVERY

If you receive damaged or incorrect tiles you will need to inform CONTEM LIMITED within 48h from delivery. We will endeavour to send replacements/issue a refund as quickly as possible.

FAILURE TO ACCEPT DELIVERY

If the Buyer fails to accept delivery of the Products or any part thereof and the products are therefore returned to the Seller, the Seller is entitled to suspend that delivery and any or all other outstanding deliveries still to be made until the Buyer has paid for the return delivery to the seller and the delivery cost of a new delivery.

RETURNS

The customer will have the right to return all goods if they are not happy with their selection. The goods must be returned to us in re-saleable condition, in its full original carton/box to our main distribution warehouse and the customer will be responsible for arranging transport and insurance of goods.

If the goods are not in a re-saleable condition when they arrive back with us, CONTEM LIMITED reserve the right to amend the amount of the refund based on the value of re-saleable goods.

If you decide to return an entire order, costs will need to be deducted for the delivery, and the return costs.

This must be done within 30 days of receiving the order. Refunds will be processed within 5 working days following our receipt of the return, original delivery costs will not be refunded.

SPECIAL ORDERS

Items that have been specially ordered for a customer’s specific needs cannot be returned and refund.
